They need one of these on Leeds. We have a great and very interesting manager who made the players sleep at the training ground and do work picking litter (to appreciate how hard the fans must work to pay for a ticket) when he took over. Paying dividends, we look like we may finally be coming back to the Premier League.

watched 4 over the weekend... very well done, some of the editings a bit dodgy, scoring a goal at Norwich cut to fans celebrating at Stadium of Light ?
Looking forward to the wheels coming off good & proper in the next few episodes ! (sorry petty regional rivalry kicking in...) loved the use of subtitles when some slighty emotional makems are talking :-) |

finished it last night, slightly loses its way after Grayson leaves with lots of arty shots of beaches and drone footage of the town, the church element a bit cringy, but really shows what happens to the people at the club, 85? lost their jobs on the back of relegation...
suspect they are doing a 2nd series on getting out of the 3rd division as the new owners seems happy to be on camera more subtitles needed for Jack Ross |

Jack Ross is actually quite mild in his accent, all he needs to do is chuck in a way eye man every sentence and he’ll sound just like a local😂😂😂. He started off at Camelon juniors before “progressing” to my team, Falkirk. By all accounts, he’s quite a nice guy.

its only 11 miles but .. newcastle / sunderland is one of the worst/best derbies in England, just ask Northumbrias finest how 'passionate' it gets... wasnt that long back away fans were banned from Roker Park the whole rivalry goes way back before football to the English Civil War... Sunderland are playing Newcastle U21's in the Checkatrade Trophy after xmas... expecting >30k for it with Newcastle allocated 2800 tickets... but not a real derby Edited at 09:08 AM. |
