Vic & Bob’s Big Night Out

I’ve just been told that this gem aired on BBC 4 earlier tonight. I’m off to download it, I love these pair of nutters. Oh the 90’s where did you go.

When it was on in the 90's it was the weirdest but funniest tv programme around although I can see why people didn't like it. The Ponderers for example. Try explaining that to people 🤔. Les and "Laaarrrdd". "You would not believe what's going on round the back." Classic

I didn't know this was on again, that's this morning taken care of thanks to catch up TV, loved Vic and Bob back in the 90s, I remember seeing them live at Sheffield City Hall... Hilarious

did you see bob on taskmaster? he was a fantastic contestant!

also, i saw vic and the stuffies perform it at their reformation gig at the kentish town forum back in 2000. vic was so drunk he could barely remember the words, but it was still all sorts of amazing

It was bizarre, but then again, the original was too. Was gutted not to hear Bob have a fall "Oh Vic, I've fallen" or see the man with the stick. Hopefully the Wheel of Justice will make an appearance. Altogether now "Spin, spin, spin the wheel of justice... "

The stage was a bit on the small side, they need more room to accommodate their bonkers-ness. I’m off to buy some soil now.
