Photopass/MDE question

Hi!
We got back from Florida 2 weeks ago 😭😭
I’ve been trying to log in to MDE to download the photopass photos but it keeps coming up that something went wrong and to try later? It’s now 30 days since we were there and I’m worried we will miss the chance to download the photos - can anyone please help?

If its the app you are using, delete it then reinstall again. That should help! During our adr's the same happened to me and a simple delete reinstall sorted it out... Until it happened again!
