Disney Letters

We are surprising our daughter for her 18th birthday. We have decided to take her out for a meal with friends and family a couple of days before we go. I will get the restaurant staff to bring over her Disney themed cake and then give her a letter.
Something like you have been producing, would it be ok to message you nearer the time for a letter please. Just got to work out what to say. We don't go until July.

we are taking our grandaughter to WDW and would love one for her as I plan to reveal the surprise for easter although we don't go until September,would this be okay?.
Her name is Grace she is 7 yrs old and it will be her first visit
Favourite characters are Ariel and Frozen princesses.
