Didn't think I needed a transfer with TUI... Turns out I do :-S
I booked this morning for august of this year and thought I'd be hiring a car as I always have but on reading more about endless summer resort etc. it appears that it'll be much cheaper to do a transfer and shuttles rather than car hire and having to pay for parking
Do you think TUI will add the free transfer even after booking?

I would have thought as you only just booked that they would amend this for you, I thought you get 24 hours from the booking but perhaps that is only online bookings.
Hopefully you will get sorted ok when you phone them.

Just phoned them, said they’ve made a ‘note’ that I do need the coach transfer so fingers crossed when I get there that my name is on that list haha!

I agree with previous poster that I would want confirmation of included transfers on my booking confirmation. Ask TUI to resend invoice stating that transfer are included, otherwise you have no proof of this when you arrive.
