Spare 3 days - Tampa Bay or Clearwater or neither?

We have 8 nights booked at Disney, but have 6 days to play with at the beginning of our trip.

We thought we could spend the middle couple of nights based in/around Orlando and probably pop to Celebration and Winter Park to have a look as we haven't been to those before. That gives us the first 3 nights (25th - 28th Feb) to figure something out to do, so we thought Clearwater or Tampa Bay might be nice? Does anyone have a preference and reasons for why? We'll have a car so can drive between one and the other but wondered which has the best restaurants, lazy walks and sights to see? I'll be 27 weeks pregnant so can't go out for cocktails or do anything crazy like bungee jumping this time or would people not do either of those and try something else?

Clearwater to me is not what it used to be - quite built up now. I'd head to St Petes or better Anna Maria if you're looking for a chilled few days. Guess it depends what you want to do.
