We were also planning to get a delivery from Garden grocer of snacks and drinks to our room for the daytime snacking, but sounds like we may not need to.
I was thinking of doing a GG order too Lulu-Belle as it will be a bit of a hassle getting all of us to Walmart etc, although looking at the prices as per a previous thread they seem to have quite a high mark up for the convenience of delivering to WDW. I still think we will have to buy some snacks as middle son is a continual grazer and youngest son will be almost 4 when we go and tends not to eat too much in one go. Either that or I leave the boys with dh and get an Uber to Walmart and enjoy a browse all on my own in peace

On our first trip we bought a Groupon for a company called Orlando Trip Kit (they're not trading any longer) which was $25 for $50 worth of snacks, drinks etc. In all honesty, we ended up leaving most of it as we just weren't hungry. You might be better off taking some cereal bars, snacks etc with you and then if you find you need more once you've run out then take a quick trip to Walmart, rather than spending money and finding you don't need the extra food and thinking that money could have gone on something else. Just a thought

I was going to start a thread asking about the meals in Riverside. I was worried we would end up buying food even though we are on the qsdp, however as there are 5 of us(myself, dh ds11, ds9 and ds3), I think we can certainly share some meals or get an adult meal for the 2 youngest boys to share. I also have to remember we will have at least 1 spare snack and qs credit from our arrival day as our flight doesn't land until 6.30pm.
No problem I've also figured out that we can get a light lunch for 4 people from the POR food court using just 1 qs credit:
Order a portion of make your own pasta that comes with breadsticks (the dough style ones, not the crispy ones). Kids share the pasta. Swap the dessert for a bowl of soup. Swap the drink for a bowl of soup. DH and I have soup with the breadsticks. Use our resort mugs for drinks

Actually that is a good idea, i might pack some cereal bars etc from here and then restock if necessary. We are hiring a car so it should be easy to pop out. Thanks

You can swap your QS drinks and/or desserts for anything on the menu that has a snack credit sign next to it.

This sounds like a great use for just 1 qs credit. Might try this with the boys. DH is a burger/steak/anything meat kinda guy so probably won't go for this!

We've always been given 2 drinks with breakfast as a substitute for desert.

Never had that offered. The dining plan leaflet also says that breakfast is an entrée and drink. Think you must be lucky
