Not my normal type Post

Due to a very complicated situation my brother can not go home to his wife he in board and logging he can see her but not at his home. Last night I received a call say that his wife Linda had taken a over dose of tablets . I rushed over as I am onlyn5 minutes away . Done the frist aid stuff ect called 999 on a very bizzy night for them paramedic came and did his stuff said I done all the right things a round a hour later amberlance came took her off to Norfolk and Norwich hospital my brother was already up there I called him told him to go straight there as he could not go to his home. This afternoon received a call she been taken to the I C U she on a venaltor . Not my normal type post but just had to say something . Please everybody look after your family's. You never know what's around the corner.

Hope your SIL makes a full recovery, I work in ICU, so now how frightening it is for relatives to see their loved ones on a ventilator.

Hope you all can look after each other in these circumstances.

Well done for helping your SiL until the paramedics got there, must have been very stressful for both of you. I hope SiL makes a full recovery, and that she gets the help that she needs. Best wishes to you and the family.
