Does anyone swear by these or are they complete nonsense?

DD has asked for one for Christmas but I don't know where to start.

Like rose quartz for healing and that type?
Urm... I don�t believe in it as such, but there are plenty of online communities that do, rose quartz is the only one I know of, we do have a shop in our town that sells that sort of stuff - I think it�s mystic mountain - they have an online presence 🤷🏻

It doesn't matter if you don't believe in it as long as the recipient does. You need to ask her what purpose she wants it for because different crystals are supposed to support different emotional states. Also does she want to wear it or have it in her room?
Also does she want an natural crystal or a skull? (IDK but the skulls are supposed to do special things)
