Never, Bah humbug
When DD was young they went up when the school broke up & down 2nd January. Cats just climb the tree & wreck the decorations so not worth the stress. |

Ours is supposed to go up next Sunday, however we're away that weekend so it'll probably be the weekend after. We start with the indoor decorations 1st so they might get done midweek, then the tree maybe on the Friday. The outdoor lights will get put up mid week too depending on weather.
Everything then comes down on the 6th of January. |

Ours will go up on 1st Dec as we’re in Scotland the weekend after and the weekend after that I’ll be recovering from surgery.
