Thanks for this, I just came on here to see if anyone had used Boots as they are considerably cheaper than anyone else. I also noticed they were the only ones to ask about medication.

The best one by far has been Boots Travel Insurance for 165. Funnily enough their online questionnaire was more thorough than most of the others - presumably that's why it's cheaper, because they have a better idea of the pre-existing condition.

So, perhaps one of the Mods could add Boots to the list on page 1 ? I've received all the documentation and everything is covered as one would expect. The higher prices all came from that existing list by the way.

I know boots will cover us for our pre existing conditions (I ran a mock quote), however does anyone know if the boots travel insurance covers End Supplier Failure for DIY holidays?

Thumbs up Kathy carter

Hi I am so glad I found this it is so helpful we have a son 23 with multiple medical conditions one being internal bleeds. This is being managed now and he hasnt had a bleed or been admitted to hospital since November 2017 so Im hoping we can get insurance for him to go to our beautiful villa for a much needed break for him. He also has short bowel syndrome and psareotic arthritis and peripheral neuropathy but he is actually quite able as everything is managed so well I will be making several phone calls from your suggested sites in the hope we are able to get insurance for him fingers crossed

Wonder if anyone can help. Not someone who is travelling, but a close relative has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Are there any policies that dont ask about possible family illnesses that might cause cancellation?
