August 2019...too early?

I have to be the only one who's started drafting an itinerary for August 2019

I've managed to pencil in 14 days out of 21 so far but I'm struggling with the rest without a crowd calendar as a guide

Hi,
I have started already for August 2019! Absolutely desperate for prices and flights to be fully released. I have slightly put 25 nights in pencil but can't do it all without crowd planner i.e.

I started to plan about this time in advance so certainly not. You can use this years busy day guide as a basis to start planning.

Me too! Went last year for the first time and now I know what its actually like I shall have a better plan. Hopefully having 16 nights at POR and just doing Disney (apart from one mall morning!).
I'm using last year and this years EMH etc to plan. Oh and touring plans to have a few mornings or afternoons that are a bit more structured. We went for 3 weeks and there was loads we didn't do so will definitely get them done next time. Just wish Disney would release next years prices!

Glad to hear I'm not the only one

So far I've got the villa booked and deposit on the tickets.

This will be our first 21 day trip so I can easily draft the first 10 or 12 days but I've no idea what we'll be up to in the last week

Does this mean you've booked the flight & car? I haven't found anywhere that I can book this early.
