Difference between a 4a and a 4b?

Looking at a cruise and wondered what the difference is between a Cat 4a and an 4b? The descriptions look the same.

I guess it must be location on the ship

Gary is correct .. Just location will be different. The more expensive the cabin, the 'better' position it is, or perceived to be.
