FP grace time?

Did I read that there's a grace time of you're late for a FP? We've been messing about with ADR and FP times for today and now risk being late for our 7DMT FP slot. Wish we'd just left it alone!

It really depends on the CM. Sometimes you are allowed a few minutes grace or more if you have a good reason. I guess it depends on how busy the line is as well.

You can normally arrive 5 minutes before and up to 15 minutes after your FP time and still use the FP.

We did both last month and each time we did our FP's were still valid. I think we were 12 minutes late for one of them and were ok. We didn't need to speak to a CM at any time the icon just went green like normal.

That's what I thought I'd read, thanks! As it turns out I managed to move dinner so we'll be ok.

My sister was told the same in august that they allow u in up to 15 mins after

The terminal flashes a different colour during your grace period, the CM can then see/allow you through at their discretion (as mentioned above).

I've used FP early and FP late during my recent trip, and the terminal always went green.

I've read that it's built into the system to accept FP up to 5 minutes before and up to 15 minutes after the FP time slot (which has fit in with my experience), but they could change this at any time!

If you get there earlier or later than the built in FP grace period then it's up to the CM's discretion. I did this with a Space Mountain FP around 10 minutes early, it didn't flash green, but the CM clicked something on his terminal and told us to just go ahead into the queue.
