Universal photo pass - how to validate?

I bought the universal photo pass when it was on offer and I don't have all the info because I only did a screen shot of the voucher because I was on orange email at the time (which no longer has exists). Do I just take it to customer services in universal or can they validate it when I book into HRH?

Don't think you can do it in the hotels

We went to the photoshop just inside the gate of Islands of Adventure (there's one in US too). They handed me a photocard in a lanyard and explained what I could do

Very straight forward. I just showed the email I had

You just go in the Photo Pass shops at the front of the parks and show them the information and they will check the system and give you your pass. They are at the front of both parks.

That's what we did. We hadn't taken the print out but my sister had the email on her phone so they took it from that.

I only had the email on my phone which I panicked about (it was the only thing for the holiday I did not print!) but it was fine.
I had the runaround where to validate, I was sent to a booth, then to a photographer who sent me to a shop, which as others have said is the correct place.
