Mobile Any bakers out there who can help?

I've never made cheesecake before - what kind/make of "cream cheese" should I get? Thanks!

or go for the supermarkets own brand if cost is an issue, though being honest you can get some good offers on Philadelphia.

Aldi full fat cream cheese is about 1/3 the price of Philadelphia and works just as well. The recipe I use uses 7 tubs!

I always use low fat and never had a problem with it setting.

I put it in a sieve, on a bed of kitchen roll, and get rid of the “cheese juice” find it makes it thicker and sets well.
