ANSWER:




+ 1 = 17

3 in original question , so I will accept 17 or 20

I got to say I am not sure I agree with that one, there are loads more circles if you look between the rows highlighted.

Have to agree - there are circles under the boxes as well as beside.

I don’t know how to show them but for example, look around the black dot int the middle. There is a circle around that and it is repeated at least nine times.
