Tunnel Bear not allowing access to Disney website

I've downloaded TB after seeing so many people recommend it here but it says "you do not have permission to access disneyworld/login on this server" when I try to go on the DW website, it wont let me on any Disney website no matter the link i try- what am i doing wrong?

I have TunnelBear and just connected to Disney no problem using it . Make sure you ask it to connect to United States … That’s all I can suggest

Also make sure the Disney app is closed before you open TB? Perhaps clear cookies/cache.

Have you tried the actual US website, I think it is Disneyworld.Disney.go.com or something.

looks like you are trying to get on the UK site from America you need Disneyworld.com

I've tried that - the US site won't work for me through TB either.

Thanks for the reply. I just open Google or Edge and go from there don't I? I've connected to the USA IP address on TB and it won't let me in to the Disney websites anywhere... I had thought maybe a pop up browser or a link to browse might come with TB but it seems not so I've tried using Google and Edge whilst TB runs in the background. does that sound right to you?

TB denied Disney access on laptop but got through on mobile. I wondered if Firefox was blocking it?
