Mobile Scottish Exam Results Day

Today is exam results day for Scottish students.

I had been dreading today as my son aged 16 failed miserably in his prelims at the beginning of the year. However I think it’s been the kick up the rear he needed and he then knew he needed to put the hard work in.

Results are:

National 5:
PE - A
Business Management - B
English - B
History - B
Maths - B
Modern Studies - B
Biology - C

He is absolutely delighted with those results and I feel a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.

Good luck to everyone else getting results today!

They are great results. Sometimes they just need that shock to get them in gear. A huge well done to him.

Ah well done! Great grades, especially Maths! I wish we still did GCSE's in grades A-E like Scotland! The 9-4 confuse me so much! We're awaiting GCSE day on 25th aswell, will be hoping for some good results and a celebration in Florida. No matter what we are very proud of how she coped with it it!

My daughter seemed very down in the run up to her Nat 5 results and when she eventually opened the text it was a big smile and then she was punching the air. She was predicted a C in Maths but really needed a B as hoping to do primary teaching and managed to get an A after all of her studying so was delighted. She also got another 5 As and a B.

Out at a party with her pals celebrating

Good luck to all those awaiting GSCE results.
