I don't know what to do either, I got my email yesterday saying payment due in 2 weeks. I wanted to change my booking till next august if possible and was hoping an offer or something would have been out by now. What is the best thing to do? If I cancel now will I get my deposit back? I paid £250 (£50pp) thanks

Do we get chance to charge them an amendment fee, after all they have amended our bookings with a red pen on dining.

Return to universal.

I get the feeling it will be an hours phone wait for them to say ... well actually ... dunno ...

I'm going in a bit later this morning and have requested a call back because we actually want to extend our stay depending on the outcome of the ddp and I need to check if there is availability at cbr (there wasn't when I phoned two weeks ago but they would move us to pofq) as soon as I hear I'll post.

Did you book flights or just room and tickets? Flight deposits aren't being refunded, only the deposits for rooms and tickets are.

Did you have to call a separate number to get your magic band refund? Is it a UK number? I couldn’t move them to my new booking for next year so I have to get a refund.

Just room and tickets.

Sorted it now; they've done it really strange.
I originally made 4 payments; deposit, amendment fee and 2 payments towards the balance.
For some reason they're refunding the amendment fee, and taking it off one of the balance payments instead

I just need to wait for the deposit and amendment refunds to come through, at that point it should be correct.
