Wooohooo - Debbie (Angelbabe) has just dropped off our shopping! She is amazing as always and I’m sure she is pleased to be making space for everyone else’s shopping now!

We did order quite a bit but they should have ample space in their bags.
They both had a great day at the parks. Xx

I just spoke with Adam and he was really disappointed with the Hard Rock and the check-in Staff. He enquired just before 3pm to see if their room was ready as they were waiting in the lobby after their busy day. Checked at 4pm, still not ready apparently, by 4.30pm he checked again, saying that he needed the room as they need to get changed for his birthday dinner, so she handed him a room key and that was it! No apology for the delay or inconvenience. Pretty poor service and we certainly have never had this experience at Royal Pacific during the numerous times we have stayed there. I feel awful for him especially as it is his birthday. Hopefully they have a lovely dinner. Xx
