Universal ticket upgrade online

Hi all, think I may have missed the boat with this one. I returned home yesterday and read about universal annual pass upgrade. I still technically have around 6 days left on my universal tickets. Can I upgrade these to annual passes at home onlineor does it have to /e done with a team member there to get the discounted offer.

So your tickets are still within the 14 days from when you first entered the park? It definitely can't be done online and I'm pretty sure it would have to be done there at guest relations or one of the ticket booths. However, I think I might give them a ring and see if they would do it over the phone... nothing ventured, nothing gained!

I'm afraid it needs to be done in person, but as PP said, nothing ventured ...
