renewing child passport online

In case anyone is worrying about not having a white wall we did ours in front of a cream wall.

Could I check at what stage in the online application does it ask you for contact details of the person verifying the photo?
I've just filled in a renewal for my daughter and it did not ask for any details. The old passport has been returned and tracking shows it has been received.

If your child is under 12, you’ll need to ask someone to confirm their identity after you’ve submitted the application.

mean to update last week

but took the pic on iphone against white bedroom wall uploaded ok & new passport arrived 6 days later

cant fault that for service

passport is still purple but no longer has European Union at the top

That’s good going. I’ve just done DS’ and I’m expecting to receive the new one today, that will be 14 days after I did the online application.

I did my son’s online and from submitting the application to getting the new passport it took 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago.
