This has recently been a problem for me to - it is doing my head in!

I tried to log in to save something and it came up saying wrong password (I know it wasn't Ive had the same one forever) so I clicked to do new password - got the email did the requirmennts etc and then retried to log in with new password - exact same message BUT when I okayed it it takes me into my account with my name, address, kids names and date of births etc etc.

I emailed Guest Services over 2 weeks ago and had a 'we're looking into it for you' email back about a week ago and I'm about to chase it by phone tomorrow as it is just silly!

How odd - it is now all fixed and the email has just arrived...my original password and everything!

Entered comp now thanks Bats...DH wouldnt let me book the cruise, has said if the tax man gets cleared by Feb as planned I can maybe book then if there is anything left...so this win would be fab
