FP timing before ADR
We have a breakfast ADR at Be our guest (09.40) and had booked our first FP at 11.15. I've noticed we could book a Splash Mountain FP at 9am instead and do the other two after (meaning we could book other FP after our first 3 earlier) - what would you do?

Sorry - meant to say that I was a bit concerned that it wasn't an EMH day for us so we will be queuing to get into the park and may not make the ride at exactly 9am.

Each fastpass slot is for 1 hour. So the fastpass for Splash Mountain will be from 9am until 10am. You can go to the ride at any time within this one hour slot - you don't have to get there at 9am.
I'd guess it'll take you about 20 minutes to ride Splash with the fastpass. If you get there for 9:10am or before, you should be off by about 9:30am. That gives you enough time to get to your ADR at BOG for 9:40am. Also, just in case you aren't aware, they let you into the Main Street and Hub area of Magic Kingdom for about 45 minutes before the official opening time. So you can get to MK at, say, 8:30am and get to the hub area in front of the castle ready for rope drop at 9am.

Thanks for this...I think we will stick with our original plans just in case..we may also get wet so prob not the best ride to start with! That's good to know about getting onto site early though so hopefully will fit in a ride or two and have a EMH day on our last day which should help with any rides we miss first time around. Thanks again.

I was going to mention that getting wet on Splash and then going to an air-conditioned restaurant straight afterwards may not be the best idea. It could be chilly. But I assumed you'd already thought about that.
As you say, I'd suggest doing a couple of minor rides without fastpasses before your ADR. As long as you don't head to 7DMT, then the queues should be relatively short. Then schedule your fastpasses for after breakfast when the crowds will be greater.
