'Crossroads', Buena Vista Shops ~ where? what?
Hi ~ please help ~
I've read a little about 'Crossroads' tonight, where is it and what's there? Buena Vista ~ is this another shopping mall? What kind of shops? I believe there's a free bus there? How do we get there? Worth a visit? These two places are not the same are they? Thanks ~ there's just so much to find out about, just when I think I'm on top of it all! Hey my Ears have appeared! |

Stopped in the carpark at Crossroads one time to collect people on the way to Everglades day trip by coach. Can't remember what's there but it's not far from Downtown Disney I believe (if anyone knows if this is within walking distant of DTD it would be a great help thanks).
Lake Buena Vista Outlets have their own website which tells you which hotels the free shuttle collects from. Unfortunately I couldn't see any collection points from Disney resorts when I had a look. We are non-drivers and have been looking for ways to get to places without a car.

Crossroads is within walking distance, but it takes about 10 minutes by car to get to DTD so perhaps a bit far. There is a Goodings there and some other shops and restaurants. not worth going to for the shops as there is nothing really there, unless you are food shopping at goodings like we did. Lots of nice restaurants though! Olive garden, Jungle Jim's, TGI Friday. Bahama Breeze, IHOP, Golden Corrall all really close too

Buena Vista is an outdoor "mall" and worth a visit imho. There's a big Liz Claiborne, vanity fair (very cheap and you can pick up the odd bargain but the kids hate it!), Old Navy, a book store, saucy lingerie shop! , Fossil, two or three shoe outlets, food court which isn't great, Dress Barn. That's all I can remember right now!
