Loved reading this. No champagne! We were disappointed with BA and it was our first time with them so back to virgin for us I think. Thanks for all the prices as we have 9 of us next year to pay for so need to budget!

It's always good to see your own favourites pop up, I think! Yes, we had some really great meals out - it's still worth it Thank you for reading along.
Thank you for reading along and commenting Abby. The price rises were definitely more obvious in the supermarkets. We did have many lovely meals, and a great holiday We enjoyed our last morning, just chilling out. It's probably the most relaxed last day we've ever had! Oh yes, a last day breakfast is great too I think they had a quick turnaround on the flight, as it had arrived late from London and they forgot to load the champagne! Not the end of the world for us, even though it's a nice treat. I thought it was quite interesting that the supermarket prices are so highly elevated compared to the restaurant prices. Hopefully the info will help people budget for it all. Thank you very much for reading along and commenting Emma. I must get onto the rest of the report! Thank you very much for reading along. Aw, I love BA generally - it's a shame you had a disappointing experience with them. They had a quick turnaround due to the plane arriving late and forgot the champagne apparently! Everything else was spot on. Oh wow! Nine people to budget for I hope the prices here have helped you to plan a bit, and that you have a great time when it comes around. Thank you very much for reading along

Thank you for the report Lynda, loved reading along as always. When you put the prices into perspective like you say it isn't actually too bad at all is it xx

Thank you so much for reading, Kelly. And for all of your lovely comments.
I think we’re spoiled just feeding the 2 of us now - the little bit extra does add up when you’re feeding a family. But we didn’t find it too bad at all, especially eating out.
