Sending Disney world items to hotel
Hi everyone. I was wondering if Disney World have brought back the ability to purchase items in the parks and then have them sent to your Disney Hotel to pick them up to save you having to walk around with all your purchases. Does anyone know if it has or if it ever will be?
Thanks! |

Nope, it hasn't been brought back and probably won't be the way things are going at Disney, penny pinching and cost cutting everything. Bob Chapek needs the boot.
Really hoping Universal's new park, Epic Universe, really shakes Disney up when it opens. |

Yes, currently not offered. Used to love package pick up and was so disappointed when it wasn't available on our trip this year!

it is ironic that walmart+ will happily deliver anything to a disney hotel but disney themselves wont.

Is it right that you can get any items purchased sent to the front of the park to collect on your way out though? I thought I read/heard that somewhere, but I could be wrong!

You used to be able to, it was called ‘Package Pick Up’ and it was a great service. Unfortunately it hasn’t returned after they stopped it during the pandemic.

This is another example of those fringe benefits that have ceased and are unlikely to return. It’s a real shame and no doubt the Chapek cost cutting is a driver for much of this.
Having said that I am sure we will still have a fab time next year! |

Was even better if you stayed club level - it was delivered to your room, none of that nasty queuing at the front desk :-)
To be fair it was only ever lego that i got delivered. |
