Yes you are, but normally you have to chase them up.

We also fly with BA on the 15th Aug with a 5 year old. We got out seats assigned at some point yesterday. So 6 days in advance. I kept an eye on how many groups of three were available starting from Sunday till today. If it would have dropped below 10 groups I would have paid for them. Luckily we didn't have to.

That’s what I was doing. There were plenty of groups of 3 left on Monday. Checked last night and none left, just 4 solitary seats spread out across the plane.

We fly on Friday and I could see our seats on Sunday just gone. Go into manage my booking, click on the select seats tab and then itll show you the seat numbers against each name

Yep. No email or anything. I checked at 11PM and they were there. We are assigned seats H, J and K. Which had me worried for a little bit. However, BA don't have a column I for some reason.
