Alamo - MCO

When hiring a car from Alamo, can you go to the desk or self service or do you state when booking your preference. Are the self service kiosk located near the desk.?

When you book you
Select carhire group you wish.
You can then do OLCI and skip the counter and go straight to Alamo area in Multi Story small kiosk there. They will direct you to row if you are unsure.
Alternatively you can use kiosk or counter then go to garage.
Process is easy either way and is well signed from arrivals to desks and garage,Enjoy.

The self service kiosks are right at the entrance to the queuing area at the desks.

You can do online check in beforehand but you can also do skip the counter even if you have booked through a 3rd party .

You really want to avoid the counter if possible. Book the car that you want and if you can't find your way through the system to skip the counter then come back here and ask for advice.

Please excuse me never done this before.

Have booked Alamo through uscarhire and understand I can do OLCI, then I get confused so if I do skip the counter does that mean it bypasses the kiosk machines as well and just go straight to the garage to find the car booked.

Also how do I do this please xx

Hi

best way is to seek and ye shall find

The 2nd sticky post in 'Transportation and car hire' is all about OLCi and skip the counter.
