Why dont you look at the dibb wbta thread for 2014? I know you want to do the eastbound but it might give you an idea of the activities that go on
Thanks - that's put my mind at rest. I will have a look at WBta thread for an idea of things going on. Thanks again.

Our Girls are 17 & 16 now so even though they love our trips it will be just the two of us as our eldest will be about to start her first year at uni fingers crossed and our youngest her last year at college! Anyway you will meet people along the way and it's always good to join a group so you can get chatting before you board.
Have fun Planning
Tracey
There's a lot booked on the western transatlantic, not good timing for me as its when they go back to school. The may one is better as I can use some of the half term. Hope you have a good cruise. I've had a quite from dreams unlimited to be booked by tomorrow so I may just book it as I can get refund on the deposit so long as I cancel 75 days before. I know the prices have a habit of going up for cruises.

Well I've gone ahead and booked it. I figured I could always cancel up to 75 days before so best to book as I'm sure the price is more likely to go up than down from what I've read. I'm looking forward to reading all about the transatlantic this May to get me in the mood.

Very tempted as I have done one cruise before (not disney) and loved it. My question to you seasoned disney cruisers is will there be enough to occupy my son for a 12 night cruise with all th sea days? Will the weather be warm enough to be in the pools? I know there are the kids clubs but I'm not sure whether they would hold his interest enough. Are there movies going on in the theatre all the time? Sorry for all the questions but really fancy trying this out as we have done the theme parks a few times and would be nice to do something different.
Hi - well done on booking - you really won't regret it. We took our two in 2011 (they were 10 and 6) and although they had never been kids clubs kids before, this is Disney style - a different level! They were getting the navigation flyer every night and highlighting the things they wanted to do in the clubs the next day. The activities are very varied, occasionally they are character based (Snow WHite, or Pluto, or Lice or Mickey when we were there; plenty of crafting; some computer games and mini sports challenges they can even eat there if you fancy a quiet night in Palo! All very secure and fun.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure as it won't be as crowded with children when we go so I'm sure he will be fine. It would be nice if he did have a go at the kids clubs because it would be a great way for him to make friends on board. I am looking forward to it - will have to look at all the info about decorating our door and fish extenders as I'm sure he will love doing that.

Excellent and I am sure you will enjoy it and you can cancel it or not. We had been sailed by May 2008 and it was fab, I am sure you both will have fab times. Have a fun with decorating the door and fish extenders

I am doing another fish extenders too for next year...
