We went a few weeks ago and found the mall that contained the Gap outlet, Carters childrens wear and Character Warehouse still open.

Character Warehouse, Footlocker, geoffrey Beene, Children's Place, quite a few shoe shops

A few of the sports shops were still open too. To be honest we didn't realy buy that much from there as I thought Premium Outlet was much better...we only went to get ds some stuff from Gap.
