August Weather

Bit of a washout this evening again!

We went to walmart came out and was bouncing down, but got to hotel 4 miles away ground bone dry.
We were in HS early so not sure what parks like with weather

We were at Seaworld today and no rain, went back to Villa on Highlands Reserve and stayed in the pool until 7pm with no rain.

Not normally but I’ve been grateful for clouds today as the sun was intense in Galaxy’s edge this arvo until it clouded over.
Then a Tropical storm tonight, had to cancel Boathouse and use the rubbish quick service at Yacht.
Luckily they have free booze and dessert in the lounge or I’d have been really grumpy!
Fireworks going off now as can see from balcony so luckily it must have only lasted an hour and a half or so.

Seems to be pretty standard weather at the moment. Bit more cloud maybe but that’s welcome. Torrential downpour yesterday (saturday) at HS. Was at MK today (sunday) until 3pm and no rain…threatened at one point but didn’t come to anything. 😀👍

Think it’s very nice really. No rain forecast for tomorrow…but we’ll see!

We have been here four days and I think for August the weather has been good I’ve seen far more rain than this on previous trips in August. We did get soaked in the Sunday torrential rain but that was one good thunder and lightening show! We’ve been on the parks 12 hours a day so sunbathing not been an issue but it has been very sunny mornings more overcast as the day wears on. Today looks to be very nice indeed. We transfer to WDW and DH and DD are off to Volcano Bay while I pack and chill as I am battered after all that park time.
