H2O glow refund

Just FYI to anyone who went to H2O tonight, if you visit guest relations you can get a full refund.

Heavy lightning storm around the park.

Sadly Disney well TL senior team where very disorganised and handled things pretty poorly in my opinion.

We were there last night too. Did you queue at TL for your refund? We were told to go to Disney Springs this morning so will do so.
The cast member chatting to us last night said they won�t cancel � unless hell freezes over� . Literally the second those words were out of his mouth the cancellation announcement came through! He was visibly stunned but hilarious timing!

Lucky for me another guest had tipped me off that the last time they cancelled it was pandemonium at the ticket office at the park and told me to go to springs.

We managed to get out just before the call was fully made. As was clear the weather wasn�t going to change. Yet one CM said the weather was about to clear��

The CM�s at springs are really helpful. Even refunded my locker cost.

I�m really glad you got sorted so easily. The locker was annoying me too - $15 per locker ! There are 6 of us but we squeezed all our stuff into 2 lockers. I was going to take those receipts along this morning and ask for the money back so it�s really helpful to hear they offered that to you 👍
