linking tickets bought as part of a package

So we have booked a trip to WDW in August of this year. In MDE we can see the hotel booking for Coronado springs but nothing to do with our park tickets.

We are just over 70 days out and out concern is that we will get to the 60 day window and not be able to book any FPs

I called virgin and they said we had to wait until the day (the 60 day window) before we can link them.

Has anyone else had this problem?

We bought our tickets for last year through ATD and didn't have this problem

That is ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ lol!
You do not have to wait until the day to link them.
Call Virgin back and ask where your tickets are. they should have sent them out straight away for you to link them

With a Disney package the tickets should show automatically. We’ve only ever booked through Disney so don’t have experience of VH but you shouldn’t need a separate reference number.

I wonder what the censored word is I think I can guess

As I said last year we got our tickets from ATDA and never had this issue.

Thanks for your reply.

I believe there are delays because VH is dealing indirectly with Disney.

Watch this space (and thank you)

I would be calling Virgin everyday. Keep on top of them.
But let us know what the outcome is!

Fingers crossed you get it sorted in time

As I say, I only ever book with Disney direct but I’m not sure what Virgins issue with this is. As a package your hotel and tickets should link to MDE together.

It would have been easier if we had stayed offsite

UPDATE: All FP booked ... the whole thing opened up fine at 12.00 as we were promised!

Now I must not tinker with them!
