The escape Game

Hi there. We returned 10 days ago from another fantastic Orlando (and New York!) holiday. We always look for different things to do each holiday. This year we visited The Escape Game Orlando on International Drive.
It was a really fun way to spend an hour. We solved puzzles and clues and ventured into 3 rooms trying to find a stolen painting and ultimately escape! DS 15 and DD13 thoroughly enjoyed it and felt it was something different that most families would enjoy. Worth a visit if you think it sounds like something you'd enjoy

I looked into it for just OH & I - If you don't want to be put with other groups you generally need to book the whole room (6 spaces).

There are a few of these types of things in Orlando and there's one where they won't mix you with other people. Will go through my research and see if I can find which one it is.

We did this last month when we were there, there was 6 of us, me, DH, DD, SIL, and the grandkids aged 13 and 10, we all really enjoyed it, we did the Arizona Shoot Out themed room, it was good fun, you get an hour to complete the room, would definately recommend it but think it would be better as a group doing it rather than a couple, I am sure they would team you up with other people if you want to join a group .

Looks like it's Escapology:
escapology/en/orlando-fl/
They don't charge you extra for a private game

At the one on I drive the rooms are from 2-8 players. There were 4 of us playing the heist. DH found a coupon online so we got it cheaper. We booked online and didn't know until we arrived, whether we would be on our own or not but we didn't mind either way.
We did have the room to ourselves and our game host, Brie was amazing and have us some free hints when we were really puzzled. We have played an escape game in the UK since our holiday which had good reviews online. It was good but it was no where near the same calibre as the Orlando one. I can't wait to play some more on our next visit
