renting dvc points and magic bands

I am sorry if this has been asked before but iam thinking of renting some dvc points for this year when the appropriate ones become available and was wondering if I rented some points off a Dibber and made a booking would I get complimentary magic bands at check in or do I have to purchase them myself separately.
Sorry for asking but never rented points before.

You will be given magic bands when you check in same as with any other onsite stay

So this is the situation and can anyone offer advice... Say I book one night at the poly renting DVD points, I check in and get my magic bands, but I have bought my 14 day ultimates through Thomson's and they are in voucher form. Will check in link my vouchers to the magic band or do I have to take the voucher to will call at park entrance then exchange for tickets and then link tickets to bands whilst inside the parks at guest services Sorry but its confusing me,

I have never bought vouchers specifically from Thomson's but I have direct from Disney. They should have a reference number on them that you will be able to put into MDE yourself to link them to your account. You will need to do this so that you can book your fastpasses at 30/60 days out. You will be able to book fastpasses 30 days before your offsite stay and 60 days before your on-site stay.
