You can apply online to Orange County now.

I applied through orange county. Had to phone to make payment but its all gone through and should be with me in 3 weeks (I paid yesterday). Really nice and simple just filled in a form and emailed it in.

Maybe a silly question but is there any difference between Osceola and Orange county other that they way you can apply? Ie. can you use both throughtout Florida?
