Nail Salon
I'm due to get a gel manicure before my next trip but as we're away for over three weeks I don't think it will last that long so I wondered if anyone can recommend a nail salon where I can get the gel removed and reapplied?
We are staying at Saratoga Springs so somewhere not too far from there would be great! Thank you

I get 4 weeks minimum out of my gel polish (I have Calgel applied) I'm sure you'd be fine for 3 weeks

From my appointment before to my appointment after I'm back it's gonna be about 5 weeks and my nails seem to grow really quickly. I got them done last Saturday and can already see quite a bit of regrowth so I dread to think how they'll look after that length of time! I guess it's not the end of the world if I can't get them done though!

Yeah 5 weeks is my absolute max but they are desperate by this point. My nail growth is insane I see growth after a couple of days. The good thing about gel is it doesn't chip so I think you'll be okay. You can only see the growth from up close anyway

There's does seem to be loads of nail spas though, shame not to try one while you're there... I've often passed some and thought they looked okay, some in the strip malls, even some of the big walmarts have in store salons. I might give it a go, my gels will NEVER last even two weeks especially with lots of chlorine water in the parks.

Thank you. That's another thing that worried me but the lady who does mine said to put Vaseline on them before going in the pool then clean them with hand sanitizer after. Sounds a bit of a faff but she assured me it works!
