BA flight with deposit

Hi all. Apologies if I’m missing something obvious here but I wish to book flights with ba and add one night at a hotel to allow me to book with a deposit. I go on “flights & hotel” enter my details and selection. Enter passenger names etc. It then asks for payment card details but does not mention deposit. It just shows the balance due to be the full amount. Any info much appreciated.

Use the ‘customise trip’ option. I had the same when I tried but it worked ok losing it.

As above. I have attached screenshot, select the hotel and flight option in the middle and then select “create custom trip” on the right.

Hi. Thanks but now it’s not allowing me to just add 1 day at a hotel. It’s quoting for the full 14 nights. Confusing

You need to click on the “create custom trip” where you then add your each leg of your flights then hotel and/or car. This allows you to choose how many nights accommodation you want rather than the full length of your trip.
