Travel planners

Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone else currently has a holiday booked with travel planners? We have had quite a few problems regarding our holiday which we have had to reschedule for next year for obvious reasons but are unable to get in contact with travel planners for the last couple of weeks and all we get is a answer phone message saying “this office is now closed” and to leave a message! But you can’t leave a message as the message box is full! Is anyone else experiencing this problem or has another number that would get through to them? Thanks in advance

I booked with them back in March for May 2022. They were extremely responsive at the time. I emailed yesterday to find out when I can book my seats (330 days is almost here). No response.
