Disney+ Login issues - 12th April

Morning all!

Is anyone having issues logging into Disney+ this morning?

This is through an LG Smart TV. The app on my tablet and phone seems fine.

I had this problem when I first installed the app on my TV (LG) I just kept getting a blank blue screen? I had to turn off the TV at the mains and turn it back on again and I think it worked then.

I've just tried it here on our LG smart tv and it's working fine can you access youtube on the TV (to check the internet connection from the TV)

Hey

I did thank you. Turned the power off to my TV and router for 10 minutes and then started it all up again.

It asked me if I wanted an update. I clicked on later instead of update now

We have an LG web os TV in our games room and it did offer a Disney plus update which I applied as soon as prompted and have bot had any issues with the updated version.
