linking ticket to MDE

Note sure what I am doing wrong, but, I am entering the 12 digit number at bottom left of the ticket into MDE and it says "invalid number"!

The only thing I wonder is I have a "0" in first 4 and 2 in last 4 digits - wonder if one or all may be the letter o? I have tried different formats but nothing is working.

Any advice

I linked mine this morning but only two are now showing, one has completely disappeared. When I went back on again it said they were working on the website. Just tried again and the other ticket is still missing but the website seems to be working again. I think they may be having problems.

Thank you! So frustrating as I cannot see what I am doing wrong! I actually felt excited for the first time in ages and thought I would link ticket and book park days!

I shall shelve idea until tomorrow and try again

I�ve managed to do mine ok today. Hopefully it�s just having a little wobble and you will be able to do it soo.
