Collecting US & HHN tickets

Hi, I've recently purchased US tickets for myself and two of the kids and HHN add on for DH and DD13. The confirmation email states that I can collect them at a will call kiosk which is fine but we are staying at HRH for the night they are doing HHN. Would I be able to pick up from there? We are staying club if that makes any difference.

Kellea we have e-tickets for Us but have will call for our Rush of Fear, we are staying at RPR & hoping that we can have it all added to our Room key ( like the KTTW card at Disney) but won't know for definite until we check in
