DVC/cruise- storing Luggage?

We are planning our first big DVC holiday for next feb/mar, in which we are including a disney cruise.
We are at the boardwalk villas before and after the cruise, just wondered if anyone knows whether they will store our luggage for us or whether we have to take the whole lot on the cruise.
Ive read the thread about taking it all on but it would be really impractical, as Im the only carrier ( OH has spinal problems and DD is only 4) so even getting the 6 cases on the boat makes me feel like I really dont wanna do it!
I know I could ring up but you do sometimes get three different answers off three different people!
Any advice would be great!

Hi Irishrover we stored our luggage at SSR last week when we went on our cruise they told us they could store luggage up to 3 weeks if needed so I am sure the boardwalk would be the same.
I hope you enjoy your holiday and i am sure you will love the disney cruise we had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back.

They will definitely store your luggage, or what we did was leave some in the boot of the car at the port.

If there are only 3 of you, then I wouldn't take 6 cases, that would drive me mad at the airport and every time we were moving locations.

Also, at the port you don't need to carry a single bag, the porters take the cases out of your car and deliver to your state room, at the end of the cruise you have to tip but then they will also take the cases to your car for you.

Thumbs up

Thanks for that...
Put our mind at rest.

We always take plenty of cases for the stuff we bring back!
It does drive us mad especially on arrival at orlando when we always get chosen to be put through the extra scanner, , but it has to be done!
