We've just booked direct with British Airways flights from Manchester to Miami return via Heathrow, good flight times and no huge wait for connecting flights. For 2 adults and a child including car hire and checked luggage we've paid £1950 - 13th - 23rd August 19.
Not sure if this is a good price but as prices seem to be rising I thought I'd take a risk and book anyway. Edited at 11:12 PM. |

I have not gone in Aug before but if I had to pay £4.5k for flights I’m not sure I would be going . I’m keeping an eye on this thread (and the other one) as I’m planning Aug 2020 but tbh if flights are that high and with me pricing Disney tonight I might have been outpriced . I just can’t justify it...
It doesnt help that I’m only paying £920 for 4 of us in the Easter hols and £2k in August for 5 but that’s to fly to Boston, New York,Mco and home(I think these were a fluke price tho but v happy)

Price up LGW to FLL Direct with BA. Cheaper than MCO and a nice drive up to Orlando.

When I look for flights I always check Hopper (app), skyscanner and Momondo. Looking for your direct flights on Hopper the cheapest is £901 per person flighting direct from Gatwick to MCO with Norwegian with luggage. The same flight is £743 per person direct on skyscanner. Good luck!

Couldn’t hold out any longer - my nerves wouldn’t take it! 🤣. Booked direct MCO there, indirect via JFK back. Bit more than we wanted to pay but we can now relax (until fast pass day anyway) hurrah!
