Has anyone used SA at JFK?

Hi,
I have used JFK's SA in the past and they have been good, better than I've been finding MCO recently.
We flew Virgin and the SA person was waiting for me on the jetway outside the aircraft. Took use right through customs/immigration, helped to collect bags and took use to the front of the queue at the taxi stand.

Thanks, we are on a BA codeshare, i have told BA about needing special assistance, should i also let AA know seperately? Good to hear that SA is available 😀
