Well I am still fighting with esa claim. They’re still telling me I’m not eligible, so it’s been sent back to new claims again today. What new claims are doing i do not know. I’ve emailed my mp but he has yet to get back to me. I’m just so frustrated.

Please don’t give up with this, as Wizard said they hope people give up. Could you get help with the form? You are doing well to try for it, but it can be very frustrating especially without help. CAB or your local council may have a help to claim advisor

Ive not even got to the form yet. They’re still deciding whether it’s a credits only claim or not.

Well update on esa, apparently it’s gone in my favour. The lady on the phone read out the decision makers decision and it says I’m being awarded contributions based. So hopefully that is right.

Also, I had a phone call appointment with my psychiatrist booked for today. Hadn’t spoken to him in two weeks so really needed to speak to him. But apparently he’s on holiday and failed to let me know. Now I won’t be able to speak to him for two weeks.

I’m so upset, I’ve hardly been sleeping the past week and it’s getting worse. I feel awful. I just wanted to speak to him see if he can do anything. But nope. I feel terrible.

Good news on the esa, well done for persevering .

Very annoying on the part of the psychiatrist & I can understand you being upset about it, BUT, try to focus on the good news and fact that you got the esa sorted rather than the bad. You are a step forward with something that took you a while to sort out, but sort it out you did, and buy yourself.

Is there anyone else at the psychiatrist office you can speak with meantime or is it a one person band?
What about the possibility of a chat with someone at the Samaritans? They are great for someone just to listen to you & calm the feelings of annoyance/upset regarding the psychiatrist.

Good news about the esa. That’s one thing off the list and sorted thankfully

That’s really not good that you can’t get in touch with your psychiatrist, can you check if they provide an alternative service to cover when they are on holiday? Or at least book you an appointment as soon as the regular psychiatrist returns? Take care Hexagon xx

Update on esa. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a call back from a manager to update me about the progress of the claim. Finally I got a call back. Apparently it’s been dealt with by a specialist team and it’s now back with the colleague who was dealing with it, so I should hear in a few days. So I’ll give them till Wednesday then I’ll phone them. At least it’s finally moving.

I just wondered if you had thought about selling your makes on Etsy.

Ive had a Facebook business page for years but joined Etsy in November 2019 and it's booming at the min.
