We’ve done this since week 1 aswell, now do the Saturday quiz aswell, love the Dingbat round! He seems like such a sweet guy, but he makes so many mistakes, but maybe that’s part of fun, he’s just a normal person.

We never do brilliantly, but we have fun and look forward to it every week.

I realised that he actually lives not far from me. I think he genuinely thought he was only going to be doing the quiz locally and this has taken him by surprise.
He does seem quite nervous !

I do it but have stopped doing it live preferring to do the next day so I can fast forward majority of the talk as my kids lose interest in it. We just start at the questions. I have signed up to his monthly patreon donation too so hopefully it keeps going afterwards.

We have been doing this since the start too. We play with 2 or 3 other families (my sister and brothers) who live across the country. We all have a bit of banter through our WhatsApp group and have now even set up our own quiz through zoom once a week, where we all do our own section. Some very original ideas, last week has us running through the house or garden looking for a random object to photograph, first to send a photo got the point. Our kids loved that.

We really enjoyed last nights quiz, especially with Stephen Fry. We also won, which was a bonus, 42/50 our best one yet, probably as there wasn’t a music round.

Another good one we watch a lot is a young girl Called Lauren and she’s has a Facebook page called “more than just a princess”. She does lots of things like Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Jumanji, Shrek and then chick flicks and older classic films, really anything. She’ll even do things she hasn’t watched (Friends being one of them) She’s really bubbly and has done an amazing job of using her time to keep loads for people entertained during this lockdown.
