I’ve just sent them a request for an open ticket ..I’ve already made one date change but for the rearranged date that I want to move again I’ve changed from the afternoon flight to the morning flight ...do you think they will still give me the open ticket or do you think that will be my 2 changes used up?

Is the open ticket effectively a credit of what you originally paid against another ticket? That is to say, if the later ticket is more expensive, you have to stump up the difference?

Your new round trip** fare is
Fare difference to pay Within £60 in Economy Within £120 in Premium Within £350 in Upper Nothing. We’ll waive the additional cost, so you don’t pay more than for your original ticket More than £60 in Economy More than £120 in Premium More than £350 in Upper The fare difference over those amounts. Eg. if your new fare is £100 more than your original Economy ticket, you’ll just pay the £40 difference. Less than the original fare Nothing. Refunds do not apply as per the original fare rules. For a different cabin or destination The full fare difference applies This link has all the details flywith.virginatlantic/g...es-policy.html

Any idea if Virgin are near cancelling March 31st flights yet?

Me too, I think. Ours aren't till 17 April, but they are bargain price UC. Even with a £350 contribution it's going to be an arm and a leg to move those to August, so I may as well get a refund and start again.

We were originally booked for November 2020. Changed it to 6th May. We have today changed to October 2021. So hard to get excited yet. Fingers crossed though
